10-1 Hairy scene again

I tried to create some hairs that keeps growing, but ended up with these moving hairs. They move in a cycle of being fast and slow, moving up and stoping. The skin gets red when they get awkwardly movement at the same position. code

Each petal-like particle is attracted by mouse position. And according to how far it is from mouse to a particle, particle's size and flock internal distance change. code
